02How pricing works

A number before a build

The audit is free. After it, you get one fixed price and an estimate of the hours it should give back.

Every project is quoted as a fixed price after the free audit, so you approve a number before any work starts. No hourly meters, no open-ended retainers to get going.

We also put an hours-saved estimate next to that number. If the two do not make sense together, we will tell you, and you have lost nothing but half an hour.

What every quote includes

  • The audit and the written blueprint

  • Build, testing on your real data and the go-live

  • Handover documentation and team training

  • Accounts and code in your name, with no lock-in

  • A month of support after launch, then monthly if you want it

04What moves the price

Why one quote differs from another

Five things decide whether an automation is a few days of work or a few weeks.

  • 01How many systems it touchesOne app is simple. Five apps that must stay in step is real work.
  • 02How messy the inputs areClean digital forms cost less than scanned, handwritten or inconsistent paperwork.
  • 03How much judgement is involvedRules-based steps are cheap. Work needing review gates and exception handling is not.
  • 04Whether data must stay onshoreSelf-hosting for privacy obligations adds setup and running cost.
  • 05How much change your team needsTraining and documentation scale with the number of people whose day changes.
